Location: Lismore
The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was tasked to transfer a patient from Lismore to the Gold Coast Hospital. However, the aircraft had to make two emergency landings during the mission, one at Brunswick Heads - the other at the Gold Coast Airport for patient treatment. The mission was then diverted to Tweed Heads Hospital due to the patient’s condition.

Location: Woodburn
The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was tasked to a motor vehicle accident 25 km south of Woodburn on the Pacific Highway near Little Italy. One elderly female and one elderly male patient with chest and spinal injuries were flown back to Lismore Base Hospital in a stable condition.

The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was tasked to a motor vehicle accident that occured during a Police pursuit at Nimbin. The Crew were advised while airbourne that the driver of the vehicle had left the scene of the accident and the mission was cancelled.

Location: Grafton
The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was initially tasked to a motor-vehicle accident on Zara Road near Chillingham. While airbourne, the aircraft was redirected to a motor vehicle accident 10 km north-west of Grafton for a female patient suffering multiple injuries to both arms after rolling her car. The trapped patient was stabilised at the scene and then flown to Lismore Base Hospital.

The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was tasked to transfer a 56 year old male who had been hit by a falling tree 10 km north of Glenn Innes. The patient who was suffering from a fractured shoulder and ribs was stabilised at the scene and then flown to Tamworth Base Hospital.
