The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was tasked to a motorcycle accident on a track north of Iron Pot Creek Camp. Paramedics were winched onto the scene, where they found the motorcyclist was already deceased. The helicopter returned to the Lismore base without the paramedics.

The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was tasked to a truck accident on the Pacific Highway, 10 kilometres north of Ballina. The truck driver was pulled from the truck which had caught on fire. The helicopter transported the driver to Lismore Base Hospital in a stable condition.
