On July 21, Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was tasked to the Yamba Lighthouse after a 58-year-old male had fallen and suffered lacerations to his head. The patient was airlifted to Lismore Base Hospital.

On July 19, Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was tasked to airlift a male patient suffering from a drug overdose from Inverell to the Lismore Base Hospital.

On July 17, Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was tasked to attend a single vehicle accident at Byron Bay, where a 33-year-old male wearing no helmet had come off his motorcycle. He suffered a broken lower right leg and right wrist and was stabilised at the scene before being flown to Lismore Base Hospital in a stable condition.

On July 16, Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was tasked to airlift an 83-year-old male patient with respiratory difficulties from Grafton Base Hospital to Coffs Harbour Base Hospital.

On July 14, Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was tasked to airlift a male patient with a cardiac condition from Lismore Base Hospital to the John Flynn Hospital, Tugun.

On July 13, Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was tasked to airlift a 35-year-old female suffering from a serious medical condition from Macksville to Lismore Base Hospital.

On July 13, Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was tasked to the bar of the Richmond River at Ballina where a boat had overturned. All persons rescued from the water by other boats; 1 person post-drowning on the way to the Ballina boat ramp. Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter landed and assisted with the resuscitation of one patient who was later transported by road ambulance to Ballina Hospital and was declared deceased on arrival.

On July 13, Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was tasked to airlift a female patient with antenatal complications from Lismore Base Hospital to the Mater Hospital, Brisbane.
